Finally celebrating our 20th anniversary at home after all the visiting guests are gone. We opened our 2011 Ponzi Abetina 2 PinotNoir - acquired on our 10th anniversary trip. It paired so well with the both the filet and the roasted garden carrots with whipped ricotta & chili oil. The filet mignon were from a local ranch that we have been trying out and have been amazing. We’re going to keep trying other products from them, but I think we may have found our local beef supplier. Except for the ricotta and spices, the rest of the herbs and veggies were from our raised bed garden. Life is good.
