Honestly, not massively but it was very, very smooth and Mrs.9 enjoyed it, which was all that matters! Only two were left in the restaurant, so the other one is now in the wine rack

Those Whites make my mouth water, TNT. Particularly the Gewurztraminer.

Found this in my Cellar last week. It had been in a cardboard presentation cylinder so I had not previously noticed that it had disgorged about 1/4 cup of contents.
The cork broke upon attempt to open and I acknowledge that it is not a good idea to keep Tawny Port for long periods - I had simply overlooked it. It opened slightly cloudy but the wine was essentially sound and I drank about half the bottle and enjoyed it. I will see to the others in short order. It is a good wine by leading local producer De Bortoli.

Great dinner night at the neighbors. One of them is Italian and is an amazing cook. Tonight he broke out the big guns to have with dinner and dessert.

It’s the beginning of Winefest weekend in Colorado. We in the middle of crush right now, but we still have bands and food all weekend long. It’s going to be crazy busy and the owners and winemaker will be helping pour in addition to the staff.
