You always see the diagram comparing a watch brand to a car brand, and that always pairs Porsche to Rolex. I think that's appropriate. I race my GT3, and 75% of the cars at the track are Porsche's. I think Land Rover is a good parallel brand to Rolex as well.

We use our stuff. At least most of us? I swim in the ocean with any of my Rolex, I wrench on my car with my built tough JC. Great brands, for sure!

Excellent choice...and a fine collection. Some lovely TT's in there.

But I've got to say, the re-worked RG YM with the glide lock clasp is still worthy of your consideration. The way you can get that perfect fit with the oyster flex band (which is no small feat to keep the fins from digging in or sliding around) is sheer magic.
