The Bluesy is one of the most beautiful Rolex models ever made. Sporty, classy, and definitely a keeper.

Higher resale on the Daytona, but also harder to get back. Keep the one that makes you the most happy

It’s about money. Which one gets you the most?

Personally, I love both.

When the time came for me to buy one I went with the Daytona - I think it is likely to appreciate the most over time. Mine also has the diamond markers (116503). I really wanted the Bluesy, but the chance to own a brand new Daytona overshadowed the desire to have the bluesy. I think it's much rarer and likely to be harder to acquire later on.

An individual I worked with over this past weekend was wearing his bluesy and I could hardly keep my eyes off of it.

I still want a bluesy, but since I have my 16610 Sub, I am thinking I will go with a Pepsi GMT next.

Just my .02.

I would keep the Bluesy. It will continue to go up in value over the years, more than the Daytona will.

Sell the Daytona. Buy something more affordable for daily wear if the Bluesy doesn’t work for you.

OP - if you genuinely like both equally and you're not obsessed with "future value", or how "hard to get" they are, then you should just sell whichever will liberate the amount of money you need. And if that's not important/relevant, then you honestly may as well flip a coin. Good luck!

I would keep the Submariner.

I'm not a huge fan of the modern Daytona. I think they are a little small in comparison to chronographs from other brands. I also find them hard to read as other members previously said before. Legibility is a problem, especially on the current version, especially with reading the sub dials.

I would pick the Bluesy over the Daytona without hesitation. The only drawback I can think of is that its a pretty flashy watch. It's not an ideal everyday watch. But I love the date feature and the blue dial.

I have a Daytona 116500LN (Black Dial), and a

Submariner 126613LB (Bluesy) …

not close for me … the Blue Submariner is my favorite watch in my collection.

If I was forced to keep one over the other, I would keep my Blue Submariner.

The Daytona gives me the pleasure of owning a watch that’s hard to get.

The Blue Submariner is just so beautiful … I love wearing it / looking at it.

Sell them both and get a stainless steel Submariner, Daytona, or GMT Master.

Well, do you need Daytona money or Bluesy money? Bluesy is less expensive. May be very hard for you to get another Daytona from an AD, and Bluesy is an easier watch to obtain usually. I like the Daytona better.

Sell/Trade both and pickup a SS Submariner in either Date or ND configuration. You will have a great one and only and more money to use.
