Unexpected incoming...thanks to my AD!

The scene: Hyde Park Watch Fair 2019 in Phoenix, yesterday.

I walk in, not really an immediate buyer...spot my guy behind the counter and all he does is point downward at the glass and crooks his finger...

30 minutes later...this beauty is now in my life.

Great weekend, everyone!

Ben

Thanks, all - will write that review after I spend some time with her.

So far, loving the sapphire covered bezel, the gorgeous lume (including on that bezel and the GMT hand) and the overall feel and heft of the watch.

That silky smooth second hand sweeping along ain't too shabby to look at either.

Congrats, I find GS watches simply irresistible.
They are truly beyond anything else for the money,
and then that fantastic SD technology. Irresistible again.

Congratulations on a great piece. I like how the dual 24hr bezel & rehaut give you three timezones at a glance, when combined with the dial.

Agreed - the three time zones very useful and the jumping hour hand also....

I also agree on the lumed bezel, something you don't see on a lot of GMT's...really wanted that on my next GMT and there it was. Under the sapphire, it's very attractive
and useful at night on a darkened plane, in a room or wherever.

That's a cool watch for sure and one I've seriously considered myself.
The bezel is awesome with its glossy lume finish.
Maybe one day Rolex could aspire to something like this...
