Agreed!! Sounds like a lot of people need a mirror. For all we know the OP is very charitable, then again it’s nobody’s business! People are unbelievably hypocritical. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What I find most entertaining on this thread is no shortage of people expressing everything from outrage to lecturing the OP. Ironically this has occurred of in all places, a Rolex forum??! So now someone has suggested giving the money to charity. To that post I say, how about you first! No doubt the OP works hard, earns money and benefits charities as I do and everyone I know does. But to the person who made that suggestion, thanks for the preaching. Geez......

Donate $69995 if it to charity, then get yourself a few packs of gum - it will help you chew on how sad your life must be to ask strangers on a public forum which jewelry you should buy.

I would go vintage with that kind of coin. Perhaps a mid 80’s Daytona. Platinum does nothing for me, is not legible, and does not have enough hash marks to even use the chrono effectively. I would also source a excellent condition Explorer II from the early-mid 70’s, and if enough left over a 321 Speedmaster. That my friend is how you spend 70 grand if you really are into watches.
