The rectangular is not particular to any specific year, it has been used throughout the 30 plus years that the GMT II has been around.

Same with the stick dial, although most notably seen as an "error" in the mid-2000 years, it, too, was seen at other times, while the Roman dial seems to be the most common.

Does the price influence the same conditions?

I'm not aware of any price variance based on this, unless you desire a specific dial type, then you might be willing to pay extra.

Perhaps some world markets may see one as more desirable as another.

This variance did not differentiate any particular "era", such as the earlier models "Date vs Non Date" dials.

I have a stick/error dial pepsi gmt. They certainly command a premium, especially in Europe.

Here are some examples commanding said premium

Have to agree Larry but today the internet make out these tiny changes as being rare or more collectable and the greatest thing since sliced bread. Mainly to drive the prices up to those willing to pay stupid money for them, there is a old saying a fool and his money are soon parted..

Spot the difference WOW.

Ah, it appears that there is some confusion likely due to translation.
