11th hour purchase

With California’s incoming 2020 ban on crocodile , I made the choice to get a Grand Seiko crocodile strap for my Snowflake. I think it looks smart either way, bracelet or strap. Yay or nay?

After the first of the year, one cannot buy or sell crocodile in California. You can buy it elsewhere, and bring it home for personal “consumption”...but not for commercial purposes. That’s why I committed and ordered from Japan before the end of the year.

Yay to watch and strap. Nay to California's endless taxes, laws and regulations.

I ordered mine from an AD in Japan. If you don’t speak Japanese or read kanji, it’s gonna be an uphill battle. I think SeiyaJapan.com carries them (though they are often sold out). It appears they have some in stock now, Black and brown. I’ve ordered some stuff from them before....great service. 2 day delivery from Japan

Looks good! Congrats on the new strap.

So what about all the watches that come on a croc strap?

Omg the ban. I hate our state.

Beautiful strap and watch! Enjoy!! You are fine to own as long as you do not possess with the intent to sell. So with that said. I have an alligator strap to sell, highest bidder, come and get me... just saying.

I’m drunk and high and can’t comprehend what I’m saying so U can’t convict me I’ll have a substance abuse problem

GS rep is repossessing all watches with croc straps from ADs. That’s what I’m being told. I assume it would have to be the same with all manufacturers.

Nice!!

Im so over the stupid CA laws. Im looking to leave.

Meanwhile, I have a croc strap to sell if anyone would like to join me in drinking illegal tea out of a plastic straw to view. Highly illegal but feel free to take a poop out on the street after you steal my neighbors packages without consequence.

Sorry, commented twice, now three times. Didn't mean to turn this thread political. Please delete my posts mods.
