GMT Pepsi colours.
Who was the first watch maker to use 2 colours to indicate night and day hours?
Was it actually Rolex? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

I believe so, but I’ll let others more knowledgeable than I chime in.

The Rolex 6542 GMT in 1954 was the first watch with rotating two-color bezel to indicate different times. The rotating bezel for Rolex was based on the Turn-O-Graph 1625. The Glycine Airman in 1953 had a 24-hour hand/dial and a rotating 24-hour bezel, which was intended for pilots to track two time zones
