Oysterflex availability in the UK

I’m mulling over the 2 yachtmaster options and Daytona white gold. Does anyone here have insight into availability. I’m assuming the rose gold YM easiest, white gold Daytona longest and white gold YM somewhere in the middle.

My AD where I have bought numerous Pateks does not sell Rolex so I will need to find someone new. Does anyone here have any experience of Laings or Hamilton and Inches in Edinburgh?

I enquired about the WG Daytona on OF earlier in the year and was told it’d be a 6-9 month wait. For illustrative purposes the same AD got me an LVc and BLNR in 8 and 6 months respectively and an SD43 in 2 days, so with the caveat of n=1, it may be a tricky one to get hold of.

Conversely the same AD has had the YM40 on OF in the window on more than one occasion in recent months. I have no insight into the other YM though I suspect you’re right in that it’s piggy-in-the-middle.
