Rolex Tudor question

Hi Everyone, was wondering if anyone can give me any info on these piece. Assuming it's a re-dial but doesn't hurt to ask! Has a Tudor 2783 Movement inside. Thanks!

So would that be a double-California dial? California dial with a California flag? I wouldn't wear it in Texas!

Interesting history, but it is a bit of a rabbit hole to wade through. This is a decently condensed version:

A good thread here

So it's likely a legit Tudor with some illegitimate embellishment on the redial, shouldn't have any Rolex markings on the dial.
