Badly Refinished Dial?

This dial does not seem right, Right? Im wondering if it was refinished so long ago. Maybe that's why it looks so horrible.

Considering it's a PCG 1675 (maybe 1963?), it's supposed to have a gilt dial, so whatever dial that is (replacement, repainted, fake, etc.) it's wrong for that watch

Ya Andy. I know its suppose to be Gilt. Looking at the GMT printing. It is too spread out. Also looking at the R in Rolex is too thick. Just seems to be a badly repainted dial?

i like it. It’s a beater, that can be brought back using Rolex service parts without decreasing its value. And it could be worn, without fear of damaging it, even when brought back to life.

I’d rather have a sub in this same condition. Not a GMT.

But, very cool, and yes, the dial doesn’t look OEM.
