1973 rolex 1675 “root beer” gmt | nipple dial

1973 Rolex 1675 “Root Beer” GMT | Nipple Dial

Perhaps the best two tone watch Rolex has ever produced, this stunning “Root Beer” 1675 has a lot to offer. Applied crown/nipple dial is clean, case is thick and insert has aged beautifully. In addition to having noteworthy wrist appeal, this GMT also has an interesting and historically significant feature - a rare “Joske’s Hecho En Mexico” jubilee bracelet.

Similar to our “Japan Stamped” 1803 Day-Date, featured in Hodinkee earlier this year, these bracelets were born out of Rolex looking to circumvent import duties of gold in to the USA by outsourcing production. This bracelet remains in great shape and comes with 22 links.

PRICE: $11,850. Trades Welcome.
