Another great day so far, stopped by Gandelman in the old downtown in Aruba.
Two PM Rolex Submariners, a Yachtmaster 2, couple of diamond bezel DJ’s, and two OP’s. Chatted with Desmond for awhile, very nice gentleman, some great Pateks, the new Pilot was there, no Nautilus or Aquanaut on display, but a dozen or so beautiful references- he didn’t want me taking a picture of the display. Aruba is very safe with super friendly people on the island. That being said, it doesnt matter where I am, if I'm in a hotel, I dont take off my watch. Yes, I do know people who had things stolen from their safes in very luxurious hotels but I'm also deathly afraid of forgetting the watch on the nightstand, in the safe, etc after a night where I had a few too many!
