Great trip to Dallas RSC again
I been to Dallas RSC couple years ago with amazing experience. (I am local here) and I just had another great trip there again. This time at the brand new building. It is absolutely a gorgeous architecture and feels very high end inside as well.
The reason I went there yesterday was because I am a bit OCD and thought the bezel and dial of my submariner ( triangles at 12 o’clock) was not perfectly aligned, I felt like it was a hair to the left and it was bothering me. And while I was there I also asked the watch maker to adjust my bracelet to perfect sizing. We tried two times to make it perfect due to the bigger clasp on the sub. The service desk representatives ladies are both very nice and patient to all my requests, they told me I have to leave the Submariner there for couple days to get the bezel issue fixed. But it ended up only took a day. I received a call this morning saying the watch is ready to be picked up. And it turned out perfectly aligned! And most importantly, no scratches or damages throughout the service process at all. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Nice rundown and photos. I too live in Dallas part time and have been to the RSC many times. They have always been great to deal with and have done wonderful work on a variety of Rolexes.
And the ladies at the service desk are very nice looking too! |
