Calatrava 5196G availability?

Hi everyone,

Im looking to buy an Calatrava 5196G-001 (white gold) but over here in Scandinavia it seems to be up to a year waiting time for one. Anyone know if they are in stock at AD in any other European country/town?

I got a yellow gold one before Christmas and the AD had to get one from another shop, if I didn’t take that one I would have had to wait until the second quarter 2020, I’m surprised I thought they would of been a few in each AD

I'd check / call Wempe Hamburg or Munich and see if they have got one in their network. Wempe Munich used to anyway and in all metals as well. If that does not work I'd check the Patek Boutique run by Bucherer in Munich. Even my small-town AD in northern Bavaria had a 5196G and a discontinued 5296G when I walked by the window a few months ago.

Lastly, the 5196G is one of the refs you can save a bunch on by going preowned as long as you can live w/o your name in the paperwork.

Thanks for the advice ts3, really appreciate it! I´ll check with Wempe, Hamburg is right around the corner and perfect for a day or weekend- shopping trip. 👌🏼
