Thoughts on the Blancpain Barakuda? Anyone out there have one?

Looking at one from afar. Anyone have one out there that can tell me more about it and how they like it? I used to have a 5015 but found it a little large. I love the vintage look of the Barakuda and at 40mm it seems about right.

I love the 40mm. It’s perfect. I have the older series Trilogy and the size is so perfect fit for me. I think some guys here already got their Kuda, and I only read positive news if you search out those threads. I am sure someone will post here.

It’s awesome. Lume is top notch if that’s your thing. The pho coloring works with matte dial. I’m not fond of the rubber strap so I’m thinking after market. The size is perfect !

Here are some pictures. Not the best quality, sorry. I picked this beauty up a few months ago . It is an amazing watch, the 40 mm case with the coin bezel, the date window at three o’clock, the bicolor markers are a feast to look at. The plastic strap is not my thing, so I bought an OEM X71 steel bracelet.

The patina was too strong for me in person. I honestly think part of it was that my go to daily was an Octo chronograph when I took delivery. So it felt drastic.

Size was good. Everything else good.

Could you post some more photos on the bracelet?

Patience please OP.
Watch is at the AD to resize the bracelet. Seems to be a quite a challenge for the AD to obtain the correct tools.

Yes BP tools are a challenge I've experienced that before
