OP - I have had a 5124G for a while and wear it a lot. It is absolutely gorgeous!! Buy it only if you will wear it and if the dressy style will appeal to you, as it is not watch (I suspect) that is going to climb in value. It is a Patek to wear and enjoy. I find it is not too dressy, actually : the brown strap and the salmon dial makes it work well casually too. Certainly more so than a classic Calatrava dress watch. Go for it!
