If you keep the watch for 2 more years, towards end of that 2 years warranty period you still can go to the RSC (not to AD) and get the issue fixed for free from warranty if it annoys you. No need to rush and take risks. Considering the experiences of people on forum with ADs services, you might have new problems which you did not have before.

Sorry if I wasn’t clear.
It came with a 2 year warranty for the movement only. Service , recalibration or a pressure test would be free of charge. But I’ve never had any of my watches serviced by Swiss Crown USA.
I purchased an extended 3 year warranty from Swiss Crown USA. Perhaps it was a waste of money but I thought why not. It’s the first older or somewhat vintage watch I’ve ever bought. A lot nicer than the ones I’ve seen on EBay.
Aside from the movement it also covers any outside damage or wear n tear from use.
0 deductible.

Or Take it back to Swiss Crown USA for FREE SERVICE?

I’ve never heard of Swiss Crown USA.

First the COSC spec is a AVERAGE OF -4+6 seconds over any 24 hour period,so would hardly call your watch running all that fast.The most important thing with any mechanical is consistency,as your watch is consistent hardly worth getting the back off for a few seconds out of 86400 in a day .Although possible to regulate to pull back a few seconds,if you go down that route it will take around 4 weeks before you get watch back

Just so - give the total variance of 10 seconds, the accuracy is still 99.9%

I let the watch rest for a couple of days until the power went down.
Wound the watch back up about 40 turns
Set the the time only and not the date
Rest the watch with the crown downward
After 24 hours the watch is only running +3 seconds fast now.
I’d say that’s within COSC specs now. Will see how it does in the next few days

Your watch is fine dont get caught up in this new marketing -2+2 stuff.
