Best international AD or Duty Free

In the Rolex Forum community I have gotten the impression that Heathrow Airport Duty Free and the AD in St. Lucia often have more selection than others. Are there any international destinations that consistently have a good selection?

I also see a lot of posts about HK and Singapore - but mostly grey market shops with inventory.

How about some of the US States that do not collect Sales Tax on goods? Like Oregon state is one of the example.

I’d doubt Heathrow “consistently have good selection”.
What model are you after? That will make a huge difference

I was offered 10% off, without even asking, on a Submariner at the HKIA AD....about 4 years ago.

I didn't buy it and was regretting it the whole flight home.

I’ve gotten lucky at Frankfurt and Paris CDG in the recent past with GMT and sub.

Heathrow WoS do have stock at the back, but they wont sell unless you have a "healthy" purchase history. In the cabinets not much were available most lady's dj.
