Bob Ridley
I just got my watch back today from Bob Ridley after three weeks in his most capable hands....
He is an artist. The work he did on my 25 year old datejust is amazing. If I didn't know better I would think it is a new watch. I highly recommend Bob (Watchmakers International) in Texas for any Rolex repairs. He was on time, price came in at what he said it would and it arrive back home on the precise date I was given....Plus, he's a nice guy. Greg |

Bob is really great. A pleasure to work with. He helped me with my Explorer I 1016... He is very nice.
I think he should do a "workshop" program for the WIS... I think that would be pretty cool.

It was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. You can tell this is his passion..
