Hi
Thought i would officially say hi on the newbie thread altho i have said hello allready on another.
Anyhoo, very happy and suprised to have found such a vibrant Rolex (among others) loving community, lot of you peeps out there certainly know yer stuff . For my part , i have owned a Sea Dweller, purchased in 1981, didnt buy it as an investment but for work purposes as i used to dive commercially, in fact never thought about its value till very recently when i saw somthing similiar on E Bay.....very suprised to say the least, especially when to my great delight i found the original guarantee paper stashed away, wished i had kept the box as well but hey ho....anyhoo loooking fwd to joining in the fun  Paul |

Welcome, from a collectors perspective the papers are 10 times more important than the box.
Im guessing you have a 1665 Sea-Dweller.  One of my favorites.
