Need help with this DATEJUST

Looking to possibly purchase this date just. Cannot find information on this piece anywhere! The only green dial I can find is the DJ 1601. Any information would be greatly appreciated. New to the forum and just started collecting. Potential, authenticity, value? I’m getting it for $5900

I would guess that the watch is a genuine Rolex with an aftermarket dial fitted, Factory never produced this combination, hence you are unable to find information about it.

A quick search on a big auction site has similar priced at $3300

I of course maybe wrong.

I'm no expert by any means, but I wouldn't be too fond of the shape of the lugs and the bracelet fitting in between the lugs: there's too much space there for my liking.

Also the date magnification looks to be less than 2,5 times to me.

Overpriced if aftermarket non-Rolex dial. Does it come with box/papers, original dial, etc?

Wait!

If you just started collecting and just joined this forum WAIT!!!! Do not rush in and waist $$$!! That watch is a big no no. Do your homework and make an informed decision!!! Start a post asking what is a good starter Rolex. A nice pre loved Datejust or Submariner from a trusted seller. No aftermarket parts!!!

Looks like a typical rebuilt watch. Beware dial, bezel, crystal and band are likely aftermarket
