Saw a PAM in the wild

I was at the mall the other day, and saw what looked like a nice watch on a man. It had a bracelet, and at first I thought it was VC Overseas because of how the bracelet looked. Upon closer "glance" I realized it was a Panerai. While I'm not a real fan of Panerai, I thought it was neat to see one on somebody, and only the second I've noticed "in the wild" since paying closer attention to this brand, thanks you you TRF PAM fans!

Just visit here more everyday, Buddy. Sooner or later the Panerai bugs will bite you hard.

I don't think I want it to! Besides, 40mm is my max size for a watch case.

The last time I saw PAM, she was wild, inhibited, stark naked and came flying out of a tall cake on Hugh Hefner's 82nd birthday!!

The Panerai bug is BAD!
I had fallen hard for matte dial Rolex Sports models and Panerai.

I LOVE the band options on the Panerai!!! I have a band made out of a
football and another out of a baseball glove being made!!

Never!! I have absolutely no interest in either them or their ridiculous prices. At those prices, a Rolex is a much more attractive buy!!

Don't make me come over there.

Pams are bigger, more attractive and lumier than all the tiny Rolexes you have.

These pix are just for you JJ.

Anyway, what are you doing over here?

Panerais Value

I reakon Panerais are still a good buy, considering I now see other non-exclusive brands like Tag, Rado, Mercier etc, now getting into the $3 - $5000 mark now, most still have base eta movements.

I'm actually with JJ on this one, and while I admire Panerai, my admiration is better left to seeing them on others' wrists. As I had said before, 40mm is my personal maximum case size, and aside from the Rolex and Omega sport models, I really like dress watches like PP, JLC, etc., which usually are smaller.

The white dialed 49 isn't BAD, but I don't care for the comparative bulk and weight of it. For the price range of Panerai, I'd MUCH RATHER have a JLC 304.84.20:
