116520 P Series Condition Input

I came across this p series on ebay earlier this week. I have never considered purchasing from ebay but given the decent price, and not finding any other p series elsewhere, I am curious as to the condition, originality, etc.

I have been doing my due diligence on this reference but still learning. Any insight is appreciated.

It has been polished that’s for sure...pics are terrible. Probably the reason this seller doesn’t sell as many watches as he could....it has no cream color, is they why you are looking to buy a P serial?

Yes, the polishing was one of my concerns. I asked for additional photos in different light but was told watch is at their bank and only being taken out once sold -- seems odd they aren't willing to make any effort to sell it.

And yes, I like the look of the cream color dials which is why I am targeting p serial.

I know someone selling a NOS Daytona for close to that price.

Brick and mortar place but they don’t ship. If you’re interested, PM me.

Looks legit. Appears to come with box and papers. Great deal as well!! Remember it’s not only the P SN’s which over time develop a cream dial. K do as well. 2000/2001/2002
