Yes, the dial on the pictures is genuine. Correct stamp on the back side is the first thing you want to see. HQ rep dials don’t have that stamp.

Also rounded corners on the indices look good. Rep dials usually have sharper edged indices

Looks fine (genuine), but does appear to have damage from hand-drag.
