FS: 1978 Rolex Double Red Sea-Dweller 1665

Serial #: 5286XXX

Description: Case: Very Good case that has been polished in that past with some average wear from use. The fat font bezel insert has faded to a purplish grey hue. The last last series of 5.2 million serial round caseback double red sea dwellers never had the serial number engraved on the inside of the caseback. Dial: Excellent Mark 4 Double Red Sea Dweller dial with no chips on the edge of the dial. The print is sharp and bright and the luminous material has aged to a beautiful creamy hue. The hour and minute hand have been cooler matched to the dial and are a little darker than the original seconds hand. Bracelet: Excellent 93150 bracelet with 585 end pieces, 12 links and light stretch from use. The bracelet is stamped with an A code which is from circa 1976. Accessories: None Notes The last of the Double Reds.
