The crown doesn't seem as precise as from what I've seen on authentic bracelets. However, this is an old bracelet and I am not sure how exact crown stamps were done back in the early 70s. From the pictures and my lack of knowledge of older bracelets I cannot assess whether this is a real bracelet or not.

Seems heavily polished maybe. So old. Seems unlikely candidate for replica.

Hi!
I have a 7835 19 with 361 end links, this came with an Tudor Prince Oysterdate which was produced in 1978. Now from my research these bracelets were used on a significant number of Rolex/Tudor watches. Looking at your pictures I am a little unsure if one of the endlinks on that watch is the original one (not the one next to the 7835 19 engraving). It look so well perfectly formed as if is NOS, but this could be the quality of the picture. Also I dont know on which watches and era the end links 557 were used. The engraving of the 7835 19 and the Rolex symbol on the clasp looks genuine. Once I am able to post pictures I will post you pictures of my bracelet which was bought by my father for my mothers father in 1978 so you can see how mine looks. I am also in the market for another 7835 19 bracelet with 361 endlinks as the my grandfathers old watch, which was passed on to me, was missing one of the 361 enlinks and there is some denting on two of the links so I am looking to find an exact replacement. Because of this in the last month I have been following intently all 7835 19 that are appearing on eBay in the hope to snag one at a good price, so far I have not been successful. Another one has been listed on eBay in the last day or so, but it looks fake to me. Once I get a couple more posts i will be able to post a link as I would like to get others opinions as I am no expert, just somebody who has done intense research in the last month or so as i wish to refurbish my grandfathers watch (at least the bits I can do, not touching the movement itself). Specifically, what does not seem right to me (not yours the one just listed on eBay) are a few things 1/ The depth of the engraving of the 7835 19 does not match the bracelet in my possession. 2/ My bracelet (and yours) has 7835 19 engraved only on one end of the bracelet, the one in the auction has this engraving on both ends. 3/ If you look at the Rolex symbol on both of our bracets, the point of each of the tips of the crown are touching each other, while the one in the eBay auction there is a clear gap between the points I could be very wrong about the points above, just I have not come across any other 7835 19 Rolex bracelets that are like this particular one |
