Will Rolex made a Daytona in 37mm

Currently a SS Daytona is 38.5 mm. Already small for a sport chrono.
If the case size will be altered, then probably Rolex will increase the size like brands as Zenith and AP have done with their EL Primero and RO chronos..

Personally don’t understand this fascination for miniature watches. Lucky for you there’s the new 2020 Piaget Altiplano at 2mm thickness and <36mm diameter

The SS Daytonas are a small 40mm (closer to 39mm); most already complain it wears small. The PMs are a bit larger. I'm really happy with the Daytona at the size it is. FWIW I shipped back my Omega Speedy Reduced; it seemed small and needed servicing (although it was supposedly recently serviced).

Yeh why not if the bits fitted and there was demand. Swiss watch sales are more popular in places where people would have smaller wrists whilst there are plenty of large ones for the big boned and or well padded people.

Guess will find out next yr if they release anything after the more pressing concerns

Imo, the current Daytona is the perfect size and shouldn't be increased or decreased.

Also, the SS Daytona is technically 38.5mm so it's close enough to your desired 37mm.

Does it really? I wasn’t aware of that! Website says 40mm. Do you have any further references on that?

That said it does sit brilliantly on my slimmer than average wrist!

Thinking about it my DD36 and this one are very similar on the wrist.
