Sourcing one side of oysterflex?

Does anyone have a recommendation on where to source a single side of an oysterflex bracelet? Currently have E(6 o’clock side) and EF(12 o’clock side) it’s just a hair too tight and I believe I need an F for the 6 o’clock side. Is there any difference in sides or will any F code work? If someone can help it would be greatly appreciated! Happy Friday!

Why not try your local friendly AD

Do you have a model that came on OF? If yes, your AD will order you one. If no, you basically have to find an AD that will go against Rolex rules and sell you one.

EF and F should be the same. They dropped the first E on the newer ones.

Also, is your micro adjust at the longest setting?

Not sure where you are but I had the NYC RSC swap out mine. They kept the one they took off and there was no charge.

If not near a RSC, any AD should be able to order it.

+1

I’ve found both AD and RSC very accommodating to make sure the fit is right.

RSC in NY swapped them out for me free in person (YM 116655), just had to show them my card and give them back the old half. They were really great about getting a 100% perfect fit. I know they’re not open now but I assume Dallas would be the same if you gave them a call

Verify with an RSC first if they can have it done for you. Will be a challenge to find and original bracelet I believe

The Rolex boutique at Mall at Millenia (Orlando) I believe owned by Watches of Switzerland, swapped one out for me for free...I went in with the intention of buying a RG GMT, then I complained about how tight the oysterflex was. She offered to change it for me...took 15 minutes though. It was probably a strategy to keep me there to negotiate the price. Unfortunately we couldn't get to a price we wanted (and they insisted that I pay tax).

Overall, it was a good honest experience. Yes - they kept the old strap. The lady did offer to give me 2 more straps if I buy the RG GMT though.

If you don't have an OF model watch, then try chrono24, there are some available on there.

Is there a recent change in policy when purchasing a new oysterflex daytona? Will RSC do an exchange for the correct strap within the 7 or 14 days of the purchase from the AD in the event the AD does not have the correct length strap. Thanks!

I had one and just sold it - it was mentioned above and much cheaper than C24.
