Any Avid shooters here? Rolex durability.
Hello since acquiring my 116660 and I do a lot of hunting and handgun training, what are your opinions on the durability of the dive watches while shooting.
Scenario is 3-400 rounds of .45 and 10mm a weekend. That is a lot of hard recoil. Anyone have any experience here? |

I would imagine it’s fine but when I shoot I leave off the mechanical watches

I'll usually take off my wedding ring, I don't want to scratch a 1911 but never a watch.

They'd probably get a good kick out of the "I scratched my brand new Submariner, should I get it serviced" and "I dropped my watch onto carpet, will it be OK" threads on here, given what them and their watches have been through. |

No issues wearing Sub, SD, DSSD while running lots of rounds through 9mm Glocks
