FS: 1966 Rolex 5512 with 4 Line Gilt Bart Simpson Dial

Serial #: 1503XXX

Description: Case: Very Good case that has been polished in the past. The fat font bezel insert has faded to an ultra brown hue. Dial: Aged Gilt 4 line Bart Simpson coronet dial. The topcoat of the dial is cracking and slowly separating from the black paint underneath the clear coat. The dial will continue to age but the process is slow. The print on the dial is bright and sharp and the gold lettering has faded to a more orange gilt color. The luminous material on the dial is lightly chipped and the luminous material on the hands is aging to a more green hue. Both the lume on the dial and the hands is original and glows brightly when exposed to UV light and drops off quickly. Bracelet: Very Good 1974 USA Rivet bracelet. Accessories: None Notes: The watch has just been serviced at The Independent Watchmaker in San Francisco.
