FS: 1982 Rolex GMT Master 16750 Matte Dial - Sharp Case, Rolex RSC Papers & Receipt
This is a very nice Rolex 16750 with matte dial and egg shell patina markers and hands. The case is sharp and has nice chamfers. The serial number is 725xxxx dating it to 1982. It comes on a G-stamped 93150 (age appropriate to watch) with 580 end links. Canada RSC service estimate, warranty certificate, and receipt from 2009 included. There is also a sales receipt from 1982 which I was told was the original sales receipt but it does not show a watch serial number on it (the name Carlos Lugo is on all of the papers).
The watch is keeping good time. There is extremely light patina on the dial above the 5 o’clock marker, but it’s honestly hard to see except under a loupe or certain angles of light. I tried to capture it. I believe the GMT hand was relumed at some point; I wouldn’t have been able to tell without using UV light. It matches very very well. Price: $13500 shipped in CONUS.
