Original Kermit prices will sky rocket!!

1- the new green bezel sub will have a looooooooooong waiting list
2- when available on grey market I expect it to be on the $18k range
3- original Kermit (non flat 4) goes for around $13k-$15k
5- Add the above and logic says that Original Kermit can easily go for $16k-$17k, getting the same look, original release and saving a couple of thousand dollars!

At least that’s what I expect and that’s what happened to the 16710 with the release of the BLRO, it jumped $3k-$4k

I think the reverse.
The steel Kermit price will drop becoz it kind of lost the meaning of the 50th Anniversary because of the new ceramic Kermit is the same color scheme.

I agree more with this. Although I don't think the prices drop. I think more people will be looking to get the newer version with all the upgrades.

But those who like more of the vintage feel, the original will definitely have a place.

Don't think much changes on prices inclusive those 40mm submariner as the new ones are nothing much then duplication with bigger case size and lug to lug width.

This idea definitely has merit. What makes the price of a particular model rise is well beyond prediction (or logic). A simple font change can practically double the price of some models; the Rolex connoisseur is a weird bunch
