I think the difference is pretty clear but we are still talking mm here so it's not going to be the dramatic change that some are trying to see but can't. It's just enough to make it look as it should imo.

![]() That sounds like a big positive to me, I never liked the skinny bracelet on my previous one, both at the lug to bracelet transition and at the skinny clasp. The 22mm bracelet on the SD and DSSD are much more to my liking, but the more I see of the new Sub, the more I think I need one, it looks like a perfect balance. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

An average person cannot tell the difference between the two. But like the above posters have said, once you have noted the bigger clasp and bracelet, it can be sticking point.
It seems that the pricing on 116610LN models has also jumped on C24. This might be momentarily but it seems greys are fully onboard to make them more desirable. |

I love it has subtle differences otherwise how could I justify buying one. I've shown some pics to the wife and she asked aren't they exacly the same I said of course not baby the new one has a new movement a new case and the lugs were trimmed 0.5mm. She just rolled her eyes.

I know the glide lock is thought of as a work of art by many but the size of the clasp on the 114060 was a massive turn off for me. It’s simply too bulky for my wrists. This makes it even worse. The length is around 47mm on the old one.
A backward step in my opinion but they’ll still sell every piece they make. |

Does the 40-41 make a difference?
Think it looks better - just right. |

Yeah, I think the one on the right is running a bit slow...
Or maybe the other one is fast? Dang. These tests are so hard! OP, thanks for the pictures, it really does help, seriously.

Didn't realize that you could tell the size difference of the new bracelet just by looking, but you can definitely tell by the pics.

I’m very interested to know if there is a difference in thickness to the case back. Or if it has gotten thinner at all. Are you able to to take photos of that OP?

without it being side by side its actually pretty hard to tell there's a difference i think. it's not like looking at a 5 digit where you automatically know its a 5 digit

Having owned an SD43, I believe the new Sub41s are going to be alright.
Can't wait to try them on once they hit local stores! |

The centrelink is a bit thinner compared to the outer links. Messing with proportions that have remained the same for decades just annoys me. No one wanted the bracelet on a Sub to look any different!
