first compliment
I was having coffee wearing my ss daytona today and for the first time a lady approached me (coworker but not really close. you know those coworkers you just see in the hallway but don't know their names coworkers) and she said "I like the shiny part in the middle of the bracelet of the watch" i said thanks, she asked me if she can see it and i said sure. she took a look at it and she said "wow it's a rolex!" then she gave it back... i simply said "yup, it's the SS daytona"
just wanted to share the story...

Nice!
She knew what it was though. Why else would she ask. Shiny centrelink look nice? Yeah right! I guarantee you she and other's spotted you wearing it and she decided to verify. Don't be surprised if you catch more people glancing at your wrist when they pass by you. The words out! Oddly enough, I was at my barber for a haircut the other day. I was wearing my SDDS and as it's a little warmer, I ran over without my coat. One of the other barbers sitting in an empty chair waiting for his customer noticed my watch as I passed by him to go to the next chair. He seconded glanced it. Probably has whiplash now. |

Just be careful eh.
Lot's of opportunistic women out there who's philosophy is, if he's got that much money to spend on a watch, how much does he have to spend on me. A few guys told me some of the finer things they own such as cars and watches, actually impact their "game" in a negative way. |
