Life with the Daytona
Evening Gents, i've not been on for a while.
Anyway, since getting my Black Face SS DAytona a month ago i just thought i'd report how i've found living with it. I must say that it is a very comfortable watch to wear (compared with my Breitling it's very light weight). It also attracts a lot of attention. People i have met that have asked about it don't believe it's real, not many people in my town own a Rolex!!! I do derive great pleasure in wearing it and it does make me feel special everytime i look at it, which is what it's all about. Can't wait to get a Milgauss!!!! |

I love my breitling, it give me the feel of wearing a chunky watch...However, love wearing my lighter sub when going to special occasions, or just for the heck of it.

It does wear 'nicely'. Now that you've got that, which Mil are you picking up? You'll love the lume on that watch!

I find the Daytona gets the most looks, even more than my Platinum DD! Especially when I am on the train in Tokyo.
I do love the watch, but it doesn't get much wrist time. |

Love the SS Daytona, I tried one on yesterday and it really isn't too big at all which is what I like. Very comfortable to wear. It feels just like a DD on a 6.5' wrist on me. Mine's 7 1/4'.

Enjoy! I have also noticed that a Sub LV gets more stares from people, whereas the Daytona is only noticed by the ones that know.
