Can you post the extra pics? From what's posted on eBay, the indices look wonky to me. The lines aren't sharp and crisp as they should be. Also, the numbers seem to have the wrong shape. Not sure if it's just the angle of the photos or the lighting.

No external red flags. Seller has a few ROLEX that all look good for sale?
