So what do you think guys? Can you live with it or would you send it back?

Actually, I use to notice bubbles on some displayed subs in some shops. But i do not know if its normal...

Thanks
Do you know why the AD did not want to exchange the watch and gave you back a refund?

Because he did not want to keep up with your madness.

In other words, your AD thought that you're f***ed up in the head, and that you'll continue complaining... so he actually paid for peace of his mind and gave u ur money and sent you off.

Turns out he was correct. You'll continue to find defects no matter what.

I am sorry if I was offensive. I really did not intend to be offensive. I have seen so many funny threads on this forum with so many complaints. This one unfortunately is not funny and I find it rather sad to read. I think you have some serious disorder that should be checked and dealt with :(

Sorry again.

Is it the case for you as well?

The 4 o'clock marking has got the biggest bubble. Quite noticeable :(
Bubble, or attachment point to the dial?

Isn't that the start of age group Rolex targeting anyway? Successful people... 20s they're learning, 30s they are going up the ladder in their professional life, 40s they celebrate and enjoy their careers, 50s things settle, 60s retirement and ripe.

Hate to review a dead thread but after all this hoopla about uneven lume, i went to go check mine as well.

Unfortunately, looks like I have uneven lume on all my indices/markers :(

I don't have a loupe so its visible to the naked eye. But i'll admit, its only visible if you keep starring at it and/or bring it under harsh light.

The lume in the dark is even though. The patchiness is only noticeable in light.

Not sure how to proceed tbh. If i send it off to rolex, I'm looking at 4 week turnaround and that would irritate me as well on a brand new watch.

Bleh.

Hi guys! I started a similar thread some years ago, and my OCD never went totally away to be honest... :D is always needed to refresh some obsessiveness, so I wanted to share with you a pic straight from the Rolex website where I found this uneven/nipple lume on the markers! (my 116610 has the same defect) I was wondering, how are the current production ones? Mine was from 2015...

Have to agree lume plots are just paint and when paint dries it shrinks and might show minuscule so called imperfections especially under high magnification. Today loupes and high magnification can and will be a Rolex owners worst enemy making them more OCD.
