The weight is not something I notice, I have a full gold also and other pieces in gold and platinum. It seems well balanced to me on the wrist so no issues with it being top heavy (not something I expected anyway).

The OF is well done, I don’t have any of the issues others have spoken about with the ridges underneath not being comfortable. I do have an issue with how those ridges make the OF appear like it flares out at the lugs (this is similar to how some other brands / watches rubber straps sit, like the ROO or even the Aquanaut). It can look like a bad fit.
