Question on Rolex 1016 Explorer I Authenticity
Hi Everyone!
Have been a lurker here for a while and grateful for the wealth of information available here. I have an opportunity to purchase this Rolex Explorer I at a discounted price but i have not been able to find any information on the different versions across MK I to IV with this specific marking "T Swiss-T<25" at the bottom. Also doesn't help that a replacement case was used so i'm unable to trace which MK version exactly it belongs to. Will anyone be able to help here? Could this potentially be a fake? Pictures attached, thanks in advance! Kind Regards, Yuhan |

Dial is terrible - why bother buying at all just because it’s cheap?

Hard to help with those pictures. What about the seller, are you comfortable with him? Buy the seller first

You can just tell us that it's on ebay instead of saying "offered at a discounted price". The description clearly states that "Dial and Hand Refinished Long Time Ago." What are you asking? It's probably a real dial plate that's been refinished which makes it worthless.
