Great experience at the NYC Boutique!!

Andrew is "Da Man", I was there before Christmas in need of assistance with my deployant buckle. I could not get the little screw in that holds the “T-Bar” in place. They were able to get it screwed in for me, but while I was adjusting the strap one of the pins on the buckle broke off. Long story short, Andrew decided to give me a new one from the store stock as the service center was not able to provide any update for the buckle repair. This is what I call great “customer service” Kudos to Andrew @ the NYC Boutique.

I am now thinking about buying a 287 from them. It seams like you just can't have one that's for sure

Awesome customer service out of NYC...I had a problem with my OEM screwdriver head loosening and falling out. Sent an email to Andrew and had a new one sent out next day at no cost.

A+++ customer service in my book.

btw you don't need the screw once the clasp is closed...
