+0.5 seconds in a week 3230

Having owned 3 Rolex watches in the past I’ve never had the luck to get one even close to the accuracy of my new 36mm Oyster Perpetual (yellow dial). I have been leaving it in the crown down position overnight for a week and it has gained only 0.5 seconds in that time.

Seems incredibly well regulated to me from the factory. I’m wondering does it have anything to do with the new 3230 movement, I’m guessing so. Anyway it’s just nice to not have to think about setting the time so often - here’s to modern Rolex movements.

Congratulations you have a movement in 10000000,and no matter the movement, or brand of movement, its only as good as what it matches the owners wearing habits..

Certainly a great result and a testament to the individual/individuals who assembled the movement and made the necessary adjustments to get it running so well.
It's certainly a delight to have such an ownership experience with one's watch
I can say that I have shared your experience with 3 Rolex watches that I owned at the same time that ran equally as well if not a little better over the long term. One of which had a particularly bad fall onto a concrete floor from a fair height and remained superbly accurate at all times after repair

To this, any high grade movement can be adjusted to run very well and this forms a key part of the basis for the high regard that Rolex movements are historically held.
I hope your experience continues to be fulfilling

Congrats! That's a well regulated watch.

When mine go on the wrist I open the WatchTracker app and click the displayed time. I get a sample about every 3-10 days. Takes less than 15 seconds so I refuse to admit it's a problem.
