As soon as this came out in SS I was in. Early doubts on the 9 marker passed once on the wrist as it balances with the date window and adds to its character.

Gorgeous reference, I have the same combo. The jubilee and smooth bezel combination is just the right amount of 'bling' for me personally.

Would need a fluted bezel for me. Better in every way possible :)

Personal preference though if you like it grab it :)

Wimbledon dial on DJ is awesome, then which combination bracelet / bezel is a matter of personal taste.

I've never cared for that model. I don't like the color scheme. The roman numeral hour markers are too big. The single baton hour marker at 9 looks wrong to me.

If you go for the Wimbledon then you have to do the smooth bezel imo. Not a huge Wimbledon fan but with the smooth bezel and the jubilee it’s a head turner that’s for sure!

It would definitely be worthy of the adjective "beauty' if only it had a Fluted Bezel and Oyster Bracelet......otherwise it is, as OP wrote, "a beauty"???????

Looks good on you. Personally I won't wear roman numerals but I can appreciate them on others.

That’s interesting. I think it does a brilliant job at balancing the date at 3.

The dial would be near perfect if Rolex left off the numbers above the hour markers. Looks a bit too cluttered.
