Brand new bezel? Also looks like luminova hands in the first pic and Tritium hands in the second.

Seriously...new (old) hand set...for sure......not sure about the bezel though...looks like the same item to me....

The hands have been changed to match the dial and now on the look out for a matching bezel insert !
