Hi all... I've been lurking on the site for a while and have decided to register. After several years of very keen watch ownership (I would describe myself as a watch enthusiast, rather than a Rolex enthusiast) I have finally bought my first Rolex.

My collection varies regularly, but is currently running at about 25 or so, with the Rolex being the most expensive. I won't bore you all with a long list of watches bought and sold over the years, suffice to say I have made quite a few mistakes along the way, some of them expensive!

Being a 'recycled teenager' (and also having an 8" wrist) size my taste tends toward sports/divers/chronos but I do have the odd dress watch for those very rare occasions when I have to wear a jacket.

I post regularly on a couple of UK forums and perhaps one or two of you will recognize me. I am sure that I can make some interesting posts in the future and hopefully not ruffle too many feathers!!
