So recently I have been wanting to pull the trigger on a stainless steel openworked 41mm..I have accepted the fact I will be paying grey market value and thats fine. It seems right when Im ready to pull the trigger openworks have seemed to jump up to crazy numbers. Ive been quoted multiple times 130ish USD...I was hoping to be closer to 100 or 110..So once I was at the 130mark I start to think...hmmm what if I trade in my Patek and figure something out...I can get the Tourbillion Extra thin possibly? And it seems like quotes are all over the place from 225 to 285... when I look on Chrono I see ads that don't even make sense. And people don't seem to answer...so my question to you guys is what would you suggest the market value should be right now? I don't want to get ripped off and months down the line see one for much cheaper.

Davidsw had a ss openworked for 120k+ few days back. Was gone within a day

A trusted seller had listed a Jumbo Torubillon for $107,500 recently on the forums.

Which patek are you considering selling? have you looked at a 39mm open work? That will help offset the cost.

I would never pay the second had price of the 15407. It's not worth it. Go buy a tourbillon instead.
