Tudor dial repair

I'm looking at a 7928 that could be repaired.
Is there someone good with dials that can touch up markers subtly, without total refinishing?
I had a Hanhart chrono that had very dark markers, and I was tempted to try light dabs of bleach on the markers. Didn't have the chance though, sold it.

The way to address that would be to remove the lume, and apply new lume. You've been a member for a long time, so you have probably seen the usual suspects who are recommended for such work.

I don't recommend applying bleach to your dial.

yeah, the tip was to use a toothpick and just touch the markers with a dilute solution. Probably would have ended in disaster.
