It seems that everyday is a school-day here on TRF & especially with Tudor Chronos, I have the 79260 with white dial & black subs its so beautiful but to be honest I have real trouble reading the dial as I'm totally in denial about wearing specs all the time ( I used to think denial was a river in Africa, lol) I couldn't believe my luck when I spotted today's arrival on Chrono24, it ticks all the boxes, its so crisp & easy for me to read I honestly couldn't be more pleased with it. Since pulling the trigger I've seen a couple more for sale & also a really stunning Tudor Chrono with a linen dial, now that is classy. Thank you again Karis, enjoy the rest of your day |

You are too funny Chris! 'denial' Ahhh, I may need to check out 'Chrono24'.....I assume it's a grey dealer site? I'm not a big chrono gal but you're right about the great legibility of this one! Lovely!!!! I need to find out what these cost in $US. How old is it? Thanks!!! |

Chris,
A few questions: Is this your first "Big Block"? Also, which dial do you like best, the white w/ silver subs or silver w/ white subs? dP

The white dial with silver subs is so easy to read & is totally perfect for me. I love my 79260 with white dial / black subs but I always think its quarter past the hour as I mistake the "Tudor Prince Date" as the minute hand As you know my son has the 79280 with the silver dial / white subs, I spoke to him earlier this evening, he says he wore it out in the sunshine for the first time today & the dial seemed to come alive emitting a different colour of the spectrum at every angle & turn of the wrist, the word he used was 'mesmerising' My absolute favourite Tudor Chrono dial combo is the same black / white subs as you have on your beauty, oh so classy, but I had to forget about that combo if I wanted to actually use it to tell the time. All the best pal |
