Stronger lighting and white balance adjustment will give you sharper more true to life colours (if that is what you want).

I like the way the refraction of the crystal brings out the lettering in the fifth photo.

Looking at the first photo, though, I feel compelled to mention that macro shots tend to require smaller apertures to get more of the image in focus.
